OK! So I've been wanting to make a certain picture for the longest time. Only problem is, I need to know how to make raining sparks. Basically, like a shower of glowing sparks falling down. I've tried searching for this for days and the only thing that came close was some filter. WELL I REALLY DON'T NEED A FILTER! lol.
So if anyone has any tips on how to make this, for the love of god please help me!
